Private one on one coaching
Take Home Workout
Coach Craig will design an individualized 16 week periodization program for the surfer athlete. Program level will be based on skills and conditioning of each athlete. Video analysis of surfer will be required every 2 weeks. The athlete will be required to commit to 2 to 4 days at the Kinetic Performance Facility. Program will also include Active Isolated Stretch to increase your range of motion. We will work around surf competitions and surf conditions. This option is definitely the fastest and complete route to becoming an explosive surfer.
This program is also a 16 week program BUT it requires the surfer to come to the facility ONCE every 2 weeks to be taught the routine. Still as demanding but exercises will vary due to lack of equipment at home. Also, video analysis of surfer will be required every 2 weeks. Self motivation is of high value in order to finish this program!
Active Isolated Stretch Therapy is used to increase your range of motion. Half hour sessions are given to the athlete. The first 2 weeks will be partner assisted then the surfer will be taught how to manually stretch himself or herself. Also Self Myofascial Release with the foam roller will be taught to break up adhesions in the lower limbs of the body.
