Coach Craig Canubida, a graduate from the University of Hawai'i, has happily relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida. From martial arts, surfing,and football, Craig has always participated in sports throughout his youth. Moving the body constantly through exercise and sports has given him an opportunity to live a fruitful healthy life. Since 2001 he has dedicated his life studies on coaching athletes and teaching fitness to the general public .

Coach is currently waiting on admissions for his Master's in Exercise Science to start this fall of 2014. He looks forward to completing this program and further his studies at the U of Miami to pursue his Doctorate in Kinesiology.
Aside from his education, he is the proud owner of his new facility Kinetic Performance . He has teamed up with Coach Terrence to provide quality training to the serious individual. Specialized strength programs are designed by Coach to meet every individual need.
Surf Kinetics is another project Coach Craig is working on to provide unique specialized programs for the athletic surfer.
Coach's clients come from a wide range of wonderful people. From 90 year old clients to young professional surfers, he doesn't discriminate. He also spends time with the great Coach Gordon Andrews and the Lake Lytal Swim Team as the strength and conditioning coach. GO Lightning! Congrats to his swimmers Micheal Rahrig, Will Pisani, and Andreas Rintel for breaking the 33 year old Florida Gold Coast 400 meter medley relay record!!!
He sends his special gratitude to Dr. Abbot, Juan Carlos Santana of IHP, and Aaron Mattes for teaching him the foundations of fitness and the knowledge of Human Movement.
And with all this said, Coach enjoys nothing more than spending time with his 3 beautiful kids and wife. Ohana!
